Parc Greenwich
Overview
Inspired by Aesop Place de la République in Lyon, this home layers tactility with restraint. An L-shaped island anchors the plan, extending as a stage for the owner’s floral practice, bringing nature into the center of daily life. A wood-grain aluminum partition frames the kitchen, able to slide between openness and enclosure depending on the moment.
In the bathroom, textures are composed almost sculpturally. Contrasting surfaces of stone and tile shape a retreat that is calm yet functional, where every detail is tuned to stillness. Across the home, design choices are not decorative gestures but tools for setting rhythm, intimacy, and beauty in use.

This home finds its rhythm in restraint. Inspired by a quiet space in Lyon, the design balances openness with intimacy, using texture and proportion to create rooms that feel composed and calm. Nothing is excessive, yet everything carries intention.

The kitchen anchors the plan with an L-shaped island that moves beyond function. Framed by wood-grain aluminium, it shifts between private retreat and open setting, adapting to the pace of daily life. A space for both gathering and pause.

The flow stays uninterrupted. Materials carry through.

Stone, aluminium, and soft plaster tones shape the rest of the home. The bathroom and bedroom follow the same tone — simple, steady, and quietly lived in. Every surface invites use, with no need to explain itself.
